Semi-Hard / Cow + Sheep / A.Rennet / Pasteurised / Piedmont, Italy

Aged in traditional wooden barrels containing the grape skins of Barolo wine where the cheese develops a rich flavour, semi hard texture and lingering complexity that is bitey, creamy, winey and sharp all at once.

Camembert au Calvados, Hervé Mons, 150g

Soft / Cow / A. Rennet / Pasteurised / Normandy France.

Aged in traditional wooden barrels containing the grape skins of Barolo wine where the cheese develops a rich flavour, semi hard texture and lingering complexity that is bitey, creamy, winey and sharp all at once.

Bleu d’Auvergne,  Cantorel, 150g

Blue / Cow’s / Pasteurised / A. Rennet / Auvergne, France

Made in the Auvergne region for several centuries. This densely veined blue has a moist and slightly crumbly texture with a tart and salty flavour.
